I've attempted console commands to force myself past level 29, still does it. I've attempted every fix for any issue even remotely related to this and it still keeps happening. I thought it was because my documents folder was read-only but New Vegas has no issues and I can both read and write to my documents folder so it's apparently not actually read-only. I have no mods, it is a clean install of both Windows and Fallout (just built a new computer yesterday) and I've attempted to use Google but can't find anyone else with this kind of an issue. It'll crash if I fast travel, save, attempt to load a new area, look at Prydwen (yes I just have to look at it and the game crashes), or if I dismiss my follower. When I level up to level 29 the game continuously crashes any time I do anything.
At level 28, the game works fine and runs as it normally should. Okay so I'm having a weird issue with Fallout 4. Not sure if this is the right place for this but it's the only place I could find.
